The Challenge
The project presented significant space constraints on site combined with a dense cable network spanning power, control, auxiliary, fire, and drainage systems. Coordination across multiple OEM suppliers — each with independent information release timelines — added further complexity and risk of design clashes.

Our Approach
EcoVoltec applied a structured onboarding and design implementation process, locking in a Design Strategy Milestone at 10% completion with a formal sign-off from all parties. Drawing on experience from 30+ large-scale BESS projects, the team produced a constructable, change-order-free first iteration. Constant internal cross-discipline communication eliminated the onsite clashes that typically arise when multiple subcontractors work in parallel. OEM consultation was used wherever specialist knowledge was required.
