1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ecovoltec website located at ecovoltec.com(the “Site”) and any engineering design services provided by Ecovoltec LLC (“Ecovoltec”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Ecovoltec provides specialist electrical engineering design consultancy services including, but not limited to, BESS design, solar PV design, substation engineering, microgrid design, protection and control engineering, SCADA design, and related technical deliverables. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or statement of work agreed between Ecovoltec and the client.

3. Use of This Website

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful to others. Unauthorised use of this Site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials — is the property of Ecovoltec LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content without prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All design deliverables, drawings, calculations, reports, and other technical documents produced by Ecovoltec under an engagement remain the intellectual property of Ecovoltec until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon receipt of full payment, a licence to use the deliverables for the intended project is granted to the client as specified in the applicable agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Ecovoltec treats all client project information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose proprietary client information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law. Clients are similarly expected to treat Ecovoltec's methodologies, tools, and internal processes as confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecovoltec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or from any services provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Engineering design services are provided on the basis that the client is responsible for verifying that deliverables are suitable for their specific application and obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ecovoltec does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Ecovoltec has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
